Brochure
Christians in Entertainment has produced a souvenir brochure for their shows. Called 'The Laughter Makers' it includes biographies of a number of Christian entertainers.
As this brochure is, at the time of writing, still commercially available, none of it is duplicated on this site. The page showing Cannon and Ball is pictured below.
